Dan McKinney

Dan received his undergraduate degree from George Mason University in 1978, and his law degree from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law (where he graduated “With Distinction” and was a member of the Order of the Coif) in 1981.

He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1981 and the Oregon State Bar in 1996. He was the president of the Riverside County (California) Bar Association (1994) and president of the Douglas County Bar Association (2006).

He was a lecturer on real estate law at the University of California and presented programs on real estate law for the California State Bar and the American Bar Association. Dan taught real estate law at Umpqua Community College.

Dan is rated “AV,” the highest rating issued by the Martindale-Hubble attorney directory, and is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocacy (ABOTA).

Dan is a litigator for DC Law; his primary area of practice is real estate and business litigation.
