Nancy received her law degree from Faulkner University (cum laude) where she served as a Junior and Senior Editor of the Faulkner Law Review. While in law school, she served as a Research Assistant, Legal Research and Writing Dean Fellow and earned best paper awards in the topics of Torts, Criminal Law, Advanced Legal Analysis, Evidence, and Advanced Legal Research. She received additional honors throughout law school and was honored upon graduation to be admitted as a fellow of the Faulkner Law Public Interest Society where she was recognized for serving generously in public interest work.
Nancy, a Florida native who is fluent in Spanish, revels in the picturesque beauty of Southern Oregon. Prior to joining DC Law, she clerked for the Honorable Patrick D. Pinkston in the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit of Elmore County, Alabama and served our community as a Deputy District Attorney for Douglas County, Oregon.
She is admitted to the Oregon State Bar, Florida State Bar, Alabama State Bar, and to the United States District Courts for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Alabama.
Nancy is a litigator for DC Law, practicing in a variety of areas.
